Single Integration Session

Service Description

Integration helps you make the most of your plant medicine experience. Before the journey, we prepare. We clarify your intentions, and I teach you how to ground and cultivate awareness, so you have tools to navigate your experience. After the experience, we work with what you learned so you can begin to embody your intentions. Together we create a dedicated space to ground your ceremonial or spiritual insights. Whatever you bring, your questions, confusion, and insights are all welcome here. Sessions are 60 minutes and held over Zoom. Investment: $175.
